Join Us this December 10 at 8:30 am for a half-day conference as we convene community organizations, service provision agencies, policymakers, researchers, and thought leaders committed to addressing issues of social isolation and loneliness in our New Jersey communities.
CEUs will be available to multiple disciplines, including social workers, nurses, physicians, and pharmacists.

Brought to you by the Social Isolation, Loneliness and Connection Collaborative (SILCC), this first of its kind conference will bring together organizations and leaders representing all stages of the lifespan to share current initiatives, network to innovate, and educate to inspire mobilization to address the health-threatening problems of social isolation and loneliness.
The conference will convene with a networking session followed by a keynote address, a panel discussion, and multiple breakout sessions. There will be CEU education with various topic areas to choose from. Each session includes facilitated learning, interactive discussion, and applied takeaways.
The Social Isolation, Loneliness & Connection Collaborative (SILCC) was one of the first organizations in the country to launch programs designed to address and reduce social isolation and loneliness. Convened by Samaritan during 2024. SILCC is a coalition of major health systems and 40+ nonprofits, committed to addressing the physical and mental toll of social isolation in New Jersey.
