It’s designed to help you develop new perspectives and life skills, deal with addictive behaviors, find hope, improve the quality of your relationships, and guide you to feel better about yourself. Grief counseling equips you with the coping skills needed to deal with intense sadness and maintain a connection with your loved one while moving on with life.
