The Institute’s goal is to help patients, customers, and clients to become well-informed about serious illness and end-of-life care in order to make better informed decisions about their healthcare wishes.

The capability to facilitate difficult conversations about healthcare wishes or provide additional helpful resources gives clients and their family a gift. A gift of comfort, support, and peace of mind.

    • Choose from presentations about having difficult conversations with patients and families and the end of life to pain management to compassion fatigue.
