Finding resources for older adults can be overwhelming, whether it is for health, socialization, or basic daily tasks. Through the Older Adults Resource Connections program, community members can easily find out about all of the services, programs, activities, and social engagements the Federation and Samaritan have to offer throughout the system related to older adults.
Direct access to an expert coordinator serving as liaison to the Federation’s family of agencies and other local professionals and organizations related to aging.
Our coordinator will help navigate variety of healthcare services, community resources, and support.
